For Preparing Colored Cauliflower
Pulse in food processor to make cauliflower “rice”. Use in place of rice in any dish.
Make a detox salad with finely chopped cauliflower, chopped apples, avocado, parsley, and shallots. Top with a simple vinaigrette and fresh mint for a deliciously fresh salad.
Add finely chopped cauliflower to any salad, soup or casserole for an additional nutrition boost.
Steam and mash instead of potatoes.
Toss with olive oil and desired spices (try salt and crushed red pepper) and roast until tender in a 450º oven until tender, about 20 minutes.
